Junior Golf Showcase camp goes back to Las Vegas in 2015

College Golf Camps of America continues our Fall/Winter showcase camps with our 2nd annual Junior Golf Prospects Camp campaign in Las Vegas.

All eyes will be on Las Vegas December 5th-6th, as promising junior golfers get ready to tee off at College Golf Camp of America’s Junior Golf Prospects Camp. This unique experience gives young golfers the opportunity to learn from multiple college coaches, including Baylor’s Jay Goble, South Florida’s Steve Bradley, many more.

“College Golf Camps is a wonderful opportunity for junior golfers who have dreams of playing college golf. It’s a total immersion into what college golf is all about. These types of camps were not around when I was a junior golfer, if they were, I would have surely attended.” – Rebecca Butler, former LSU golfer and CGC coordinator.

New for 2015, we have added Dr. David Cook. Dr. Cook will present on the “raising your elite athlete” and “psychology of tournament golf”. In addition, the campers will receive a complimentary copy of his books and movie “Seven days in Utopia” and “Psychology of Tournament Golf”.

Our mission: provide junior golfers with a best in class environment to learn, compete, showcase and interact with current college golf coaches

Each junior golfer will learn from college golf coaches about what it takes to play college golf and how to get his/her game ready for the next level.

Each junior golfer will compete in front of college golf coaches in a ranked 36-hole tournament to showcase your skill-set.

Each junior golfer will receive no less than 3 written evaluations from our college golf coaches.

Each junior golfer will interact with no less than 18 college golf coaches on the golf course, over lunch and during our educational seminars

The junior golf showcase camps, which take place over the course of 2 or 3 days, allow young golfers to learn, compete, showcase in a 36 hole tournament and, most importantly, interact with College Golf coaches.

“Each camp provides competitive junior golfers with education on how to get to the next level,” said Butler.

Boys and girls, ages 12-18, come from all over the world to have the chance to work with the college coaches who are there to evaluate and help develop junior players’ skills. With over 25 hours of interaction with these coaches, College Golf Camp of America is a program that is one-of-a-kind.

CGC – Las Vegas is December 5th – 6th at the Jack Nicklaus designed Reflection Bay Golf Resort.
